[ The Technical Advantage ]

We speak
eyewear

A generic 3D modeler renders geometry. We engineer the full specification language of eyewear — sizing, curvature, rim groove, fitting — so your prototype is manufacturable on the first pass.

Generic 3D Modeler

  • ×No knowledge of rim groove tolerances
  • ×Generic hinge assumptions
  • ×Cannot plan acetate / metal hybridization
  • ×Iterative trial-and-error communication
  • ×Unaware of pantoscopic tilt & wrap

The Eyewear Specialist

  • Rim groove depth & lens seating engineered
  • Hinge pocket + screw integration to spec
  • Adapts to acetate, injection & metal temples
  • Speaks your technical dialect from line one
  • Pantoscopic tilt, base curve & bridge geometry

[ The Speed Advantage ]

From idea to object —
in days, not months

Traditional tooling locks you into months of waiting before the first sample — and weeks more for every change. 3D printing collapses that timeline. Hold a physical prototype in days, iterate on the fly, and use the speed to test the market, catch trends, and refine your direction before committing to production.

Traditional Tooling

  • ×Months of lead time before the first sample
  • ×Every design change adds weeks of delay
  • ×High upfront tooling investment
  • ×Commit to a design before you can hold it

3D Printed Prototype

  • Physical prototype in under two weeks
  • Iterate freely — changes in days, not months
  • No tooling cost, no minimum order
  • Refine your direction at prototype speed

Use the speed to test the market, discover new trends, and refine your direction — before committing to full production.

Professional 3D Model File + SLS PA12 Prototype
From USD 99

Every prototype is printed in selective-laser-sintered PA12 nylon — durable, lightweight, and dimensionally accurate for true-to-spec eyewear fittings. Even though we call it a 'prototpye' but it is a fully wearable and saleable product. It is fully post processed and not just a raw print.

[ The Process ]

From vision
to prototype

Four engineered stages bridging your concept and a physical, high-performance eyewear prototype.

01

Specification Intake

Share references, dimensions and design intent through the specification interface. We read the technical language of eyewear.

02

Precision Engineering

We build the 3D model to exact eyewear tolerances — rim groove, hinge pockets, base curve, pantoscopic tilt — ready for hybrid materials.

03

SLS PA12 Prototype

Your prototype is printed in SLS PA12 nylon and reviewed against your specification before delivery.

Expand Your Collection

From prototype to a complete private-label collection.

Once your prototypes are in hand, you can begin shaping your own private-label collection — refine details, explore colorations, and evolve each design into a cohesive product line. With over 30 years of eyewear experience behind us, we’ll guide you through building the full collection.

Production

No minimums, no inventory risk, and a two-week turnaround.

One of the greatest advantages of 3D-printed eyewear is that you are never required to order in bulk. That means no excess inventory, better cash flow, and far less risk.

  • Turnaround is approximately two weeks
  • Order as you sell, and restock only the styles that perform
  • Continuously develop new designs so your customers always have something fresh

01

Small Runs

From a few units to tens of units. Ideal for limited editions, samples, or market testing before a full launch.

02

Medium Production

Hundreds of units with consistent post-processing, finishing, and quality control across every piece.

03

Large Scale

Thousands of units. We scale up production while maintaining the same technical accuracy and eyewear-grade finish.
